This firm through its predecessors was founded during
1992 by WILLIE VAN ZYL who started practice in partnership, under the practice
name of WOLMARANS VAN ZYL ATTORNEYS.
During 1997 WILLIE VAN ZYL moved his practice to
Centurion and practiced as director at PUTTER VAN ZYL INC.
WILLIE VAN ZYL resigned as director of the firm
PUTTER VAN ZYL INC and founded VAN ZYL’S INC on the 1st of August
1998 where we are currently situated at
PIETER-WILLEM KRIGE joined the firma as candidate
attorney and was appointed as director on the 1st of December 2000.
ARTHUR CHANNON joined the firm as candidate attorney
during February 2000 and was appointed as director on the 1st of
April 2002.

5.2 LITIGATION SERVICES

High and Magistrate Court civil litigation, criminal
matters, collections, third party claims, labour
relations, constitutional law, legal opinions, basic human rights and the
protection thereof.
5.3 ESTATES:
The preparation of wills, estate
planning, financial planning, registration of trusts, the administration of
deceased and insolvent estates.

registration of transfers and mortgage bonds forms an integral part in any conveyancing practice and we are currently serving on the
panels of Absa Bank, Nedbank, Standard Bank and First
